Having a real Apulian cooking experience is fun, “tasty” but also useful for repeating the words learned in class.
Giovanna is a mother from Puglia, a fantastic cook and a welcoming host.
During the cooking workshop the students prepare orecchiette (the typical fresh pasta of Puglia), meatballs and what nature offers in every season.
At the end we all have lunch together with what we cooked. What a gratification!
