If you decide to take an in-person course, you will be able to visit Grottaglie and experience the authentic culture of Southern Italy, still untouched by mass tourism.

Grottaglie is the city of ceramics; the artisan workshop district is unique in the world, but it is also the perfect place for nature walks, as it is part of the “Terra delle Gravine” Regional Park.

Ceramics Workshop: You can take a guided walk among the artisan workshops and create your own ceramic object.

Cooking Workshop with Lunch: You will prepare some traditional recipes together with an Apulian cook and mamma. After cooking, a typical Southern Italian lunch awaits you.
