Walking through Italian: our laboratories
If you decide to take an in-person course, you will be able to visit Grottaglie and experience the culture of southern Italy, authentic and not yet contaminated by mass tourism.
Grottaglie is the city of ceramics, the shop district is unique in the world but it is also the ideal place for nature walks, in fact it is part of the “Terra delle Gravine” Regional Park.
Ceramic tour and workshop:
you can take a guided walk through the shops and make a ceramic object.
Cooking workshop with lunch:
you will prepare some traditional recipes together with an Apulian mum and cook. After cooking, a typical southern Italian lunch awaits you.
